A museum collects the various materials concerned with the history of
Hokkaido and the nature. And, investigation about them and research are
done, too. At present, there are about 160000 points of the collection.
about 4000 points will be introduced to the public with "Main Exhibition".
It is managed except for it in the storehouse. Museum materials, both displayed and in storage, can be used for the purpose of out-of-museum exhibition, research, educational program, or publication. Please consult with the relevant section of the museum.

As for using the lending service of museum materials for display or educational
purposes, consult the Museum Materials Management Section. As a rule, the
lending service is extended only to the head or director of educational
