- A physically handicapped person is to use a parking lot for the physically handicapped person near the museum.
- There are ramps for wheelchairs by the steps outside the main entrance and main hall.
- A wheelchair is available.
- An elevator is available to each floor. But, it is made to use an elevator for the person load from The first floor of Main Exhibition to the second floor. Approve it.
- There are wheelchair-access-restrooms(first floor and in the first basement).
- Braille information sheets and leaflets are available for the blind.
