�@This poster shows the goals of the first five-year plan (1952-1956) that was implemented by Hokkaido Comprehensive Development Act.
�@Expectance to Hokkaido in the land development work in those days was reflected, and emphasis was put for the increased production of food, the development of electric power resources, the land improvement of the traffic, the development work of the underground resources, and so on.
