Village in Satsukari (diorama)

This diorama represents a scene of a Final Jomon period village with some dwellings, graves, a place where earthenware was fired, and a place where religious rites were performed.
The model of this diorama is "Satsukari site", Kikonai town, our museum excavated from 1971 to1973.
